Mayor Paul A. Billups
Paul A Billups was elected mayor of Ceredo, West Virginia, in 2017. He has been proud to serve the town that he has called home throughout his life. Under his leadership, the town has seen a period of growth with the addition of the Senior Wellness Center, multiple infrastructure development projects, pickleball courts, a disc golf course, and renovation to the historic Ramsdell House.
