Ceredo Volunteer Fire Department Mission Statement:

The purpose of this organization shall be: (a) the preservation of life and property from and during such fires and emergencies as may occur in the city of Ceredo, Ceredo Rural Fire Protection District, and Wayne County, WV. (b) to lend assistance to neighboring towns and communities when requested, under contract or by mutual agreement.
