New Utility Service Application

Establishing new service with the Town of Ceredo is simple and easy.

When establishing new service, a rental agreement/lease is required for all renters. If your landlord has not provided this to you, you must request a copy before utility service can be activated.

If you are a property owner, a deposit is not required. For any individual or business that is renting the location where the service is to be connected, a deposit of $50 is required. This deposit will be returned after 12 months of active service in good standing.

Property Owners: A copy of your deed or other paper showing you are the owner of the property, must accompany your application as well.
