Ceredo Water Works provides water service to customers living “inside” Ceredo. Customers “outside” such as James River, Goodwill, and Briarcliff will have their water service provided by WVAM. Start or Stop Service
Establishing a new service with the Town of Ceredo is simple and easy. Fill out the online Unitilty Service Application and allow a minimum of 24-72 business hours for service to be connected. Someone must be available on location at the time of service connection. If you currently have service through Ceredo Water Works and would like to discontinue service, please request to do so online.
Payments
You can now make payments online! Payments are posted to your account immediately. Remember, If your water has been shut off for non-payment of your water or sewer bill, do not pay online. You must visit our office or call to pay and have your service restored.
You may also fill out an ACH Authorization form, Accounts will be debited on the 15th of each month for Water/Sewer Customers and the 20th for Sewer only customers. If the date of debit falls on a weekend or holiday, the account will be debited the following business day.
